Daljnji tok tunela sastoji se od dvije jednokolosije\u010dne cijevi koje se mogu voziti brzinom do 250 kilometara na sat. Dvije cijevi spojene su popre\u010dnim presjecima svakih 500 metara. Tunelske cijevi istodobno se grade s isto\u010dnog portala pomo\u0107u stroja za bu\u0161enje tunela.   <\/li>\n<li>Tunel \u0107e se sastojati od 54.000 monta\u017enih betonskih dijelova, takozvanih segmenata, koji \u0107e biti izgra\u0111eni u neposrednoj blizini gradili\u0161ta. Na dovr\u0161etku oba tunela ukupno \u0107e raditi oko 600 gra\u0111evinskih radnika i oko 80 in\u017eenjera, geologa i trgovaca. <\/li>\n<li>Oba stroja za bu\u0161enje tunela duga\u010dka su oko 120 metara, te\u017eine oko 2300 tona i promjera 10,82 metra. Pogonska snaga je 4.400 kilovata po stroju. Dva stroja za bu\u0161enje tunela bit \u0107e potrebna oko godinu i pol dana za pokretanje dvije tunelske cijevi duga\u010dke 8.176 metara.
